Payment

Payment must be submitted at the time of registration. Tuition is to be paid monthly, and is due on the last day of each month, to apply to the following month. (Ex, August payment is due July 31) Tuition will be drafted monthly from your account on the subsequent dates after your first payment. Tuition rates are not prorated for any reason (first/last day of school, holidays, school breaks, teacher work days, etc.) with the exception of summer break.

Considering that we are amidst the global COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that parents and children are eager for social interaction with safety as a priority. C. Nicole Swiner, MD, A Time for Art, LLC, and QCEP, LLC have teamed up with Unscripted Hotel of Durham, NC to offer safe, socially distant activities for school aged kids (grades K-5) 2 days week. Parent Authorization of Emergency Treatment

I (we) the parent(s)/guardian(s) do hereby authorize the examination and emergency treatment of my son/daughter as may be indicated by emergency department physician of the closest medical facility while my child is under the supervision of the Unscripted Kids! Program. I authorize Dr. Swiner, QCEP, A Time for Art, LLC, and/or Unscripted Hotel staff to obtain ambulance transport for my child in case of an emergency. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE STAFF TRANSPORT AN INJURED INDIVIDUAL. If a medical emergency occurs, 911 will be called and the ambulance/emergency vehicle will transport the injured individual. The parents/guardian are responsible for payment of the ambulance/emergency use.
