Program tuition rates are not prorated for any reason, regardless of the number of days students are in school during a period. tuition rates will not be prorated for holidays, teacher workdays, or school breaks, with the exception of summer break.
Late Payment Policy
Payments not made by the 5th day of the current month will incur a late fee. Late fees will be charged to customer accounts.
Late Pick-up Policy
Students not picked up by 6pm will be charged $1 per minute that the students remains in the program for that day. Additionally, students who are not registered for the program and are not picked up by school dismissal time, will be charged $1 per minute that the student(s) remain in the program for that day. Late pick-up fees must be paid before the student is eligible to return the next day.
